What is a Special Use Airspace?

Special Use Airspaces are areas where activities must be confined because of their nature, or where limitations may be imposed upon aircraft operations that are not part of those activities, including Prohibited Areas, Restricted Areas, Warning Areas, MOAs, Alert Areas, and CFAs.
