What information must be included in a notification to the NTSB under FAR Part 830.6?

Under FAR Part 830.6, the notification to the NTSB must include information such as the type, nationality, and registration marks of the aircraft; the name of the owner and operator; the name of the pilot-in-command; the date and time of the accident or incident; the last point of departure and the point of intended landing; the position of the aircraft with reference to easily defined geographical points; and the number of persons aboard, injured, or killed.
